ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — The body of a Rowan County girl who was last seen in November 2011 has been located, according to Capt. John Sifford with the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office. In August 2016, investigators with the sheriff’s office and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) obtained information that confirmed Erica Parsons was likely deceased. On Tuesday, Rowan County detectives and special agents with the FBI recovered skeletal human remains of a young girl who was identified as Erica.

KENT, Washington — Police here say a woman who was very late in her pregnancy set herself on fire. She was rushed to Harborview Medical Center, where the child was delivered at nearly full term, police say. The infant died shortly after it was delivered. The King County Medical Examiner says the infant lived little more than two hours and died of asphyxia.

HARLEM – A 6-year-old Harlem boy covered in bruises died after being rushed to the hospital by his mother, police said Tuesday. The child’s mother, Geraldine Perkins, had been the subject of five child abuse allegations stretching back to 2010, sources said. But she told detectives her muscle-bound boyfriend, Rysheim Smith, beat little Zymere Perkins with a broken broomstick for defecating in an ice bucket, sources said.

A woman whose father took her virginity when she was just 11 has bravely spoken out about how her ‘life was stolen’ decades after the horrific abuse. Mother-of-one Karen Lockhart, now 57, was assaulted by her father Albert Starkie over a five-year period starting when she was just seven-years-old. She was forced to carry out sex acts on him at Tatton cinema in Manchester at the age of nine and she was abused at the family home in nearby Wythenshawe. After keeping the awful truth hidden for 50 years, Ms Lockhart decided to tell police and Starkie, 80, has now been convicted of child abuse offences.

A wannabe rapper has been charged with having sex with a 12-year-old girl after grooming her on Facebook. Noor Raad raps under the name of Thundah MC and was arrested at his Sydney home in the suburb of Bankstown on Tuesday. Raad was arrested after a tip-off was made to the State Crime Command’s Child Abuse Squad that an underage girl had been procured online for sex.

An 11-year-old boy has become Britain’s youngest male-on-male rapist after he admitted attacking a nine-year-old boy 15 times. The child from Blackpool, Lancashire, was only caught when the victim’s mother heard suspicious whispering on the baby monitor in her son’s bedroom. The boy, who is now 12, also sexually assaulted a seven-year-old boy and then twice sexually assaulted an 11-year-old disabled boy while on bail for the rapes.

LOS ANGELES, CA – A crossing guard at an East Hollywood elementary school was honored on Wednesday for rescuing an 8-year-old girl from an attempted abduction. She may not be very tall, standing at 4 feet 8 inches, but crossing guard Adrian Young used all her might to fight off a woman who attempted to kidnap a child from Alexandria Avenue Elementary School. “The little girl just started screaming, she was like, ‘Please, don’t let her take me, I don’t know her, she’s not my mom,'” said Young. “I just told her to grab onto me as tight as she could, and I held onto her and the lady just began to attack me, so I just thought about attacking her to make sure she can’t take this little girl.”

TOWNVILLE, South Carolina — A teacher and two young students were injured when a 14-year-old allegedly opened fire at a South Carolina elementary school Wednesday afternoon. 911 dispatchers received the initial call around 1:45 p.m. from a teacher who was in a classroom, reporting an armed male on the campus, officials said at a press conference Wednesday evening. The shooting left a 6-year-old boy in critical condition and undergoing surgery, Scott Stoller, Anderson County’s director of emergency services.

UK – A former Royal Navy chief petty officer and prison guard has been jailed after attempting to meet a nine-year-old girl for sex. Married father-of-three Geoffrey Grimster-Shepherd was caught by undercover police posing as a woman named ‘Tracey’ in an online chatroom – where he detailed how he would like to have sex with her and her stepdaughter ‘Katy’. The 58-year-old was arrested after travelling from his family home in Cornwall to Gillingham in Kent, where he had arranged to meet Tracey in a McDonald’s.

DEARBORN, Michigan – Police arrested a father Wednesday who allegedly murdered his four children in their family home. The man, whose name was not made public, injured his wife and attacked and killed all four kids. The man called Dearborn Heights police at about 1:20 a.m. to confess he had murdered his family. The man was sitting on his front porch when police later arrived at the home. Lt. Michael Krause said the suspect called police and told them that he had killed his entire family. Inside the home, investigators found a 4-year-old Kaliegh Green and 6-year-old Koi Green dead in their beds, a 17-year-old girl and 19-year-old boy dead in the basement, and the suspect’s wife suffering from gunshot and stab wounds. The wife, identified as Faith Green, was rushed to a local hospital and last reported in fair condition.

A man pleaded guilty to first-degree murder in the killing of his toddler daughter in what authorities said was a murder fueled by jealousy over the attention the girl received after surviving cancer. Ryan Lawrence, 25, was arrested two days after he abducted his little girl, Maddox, police said. Lawrence admitted in court to beating his daughter to death with a wooden baseball bat before burning her body in a fire pit and then tying her remains to a cinder block and dumping them in the water.

Two New Jersey women have violated the first two rules of Fight Club – and it has landed them in hot water. Erica Kenny, 22, and Chanese White, 29, pleaded guilty in court on Thursday to encouraging young children under their supervision at a day care center to fight each other – similar to the ‘fight club’ depicted in the 1999 hit film starring Brad Pitt and Edward Norton. According to Union County prosecutors, the two former workers at the Lightbridge Academy day care center in Cranford, New Jersey, encouraged children between the ages of four and six to push and shove each other in the schoolyard.

A shocking photo has been submitted to Fugitive Watch of a little girl wrapped induct tape, with tape across her mouth. The photo appears to be from a Facebook account with the name Carlos Bautista. The post is written in Spanish saying the girl is 12 years old and is being offered for as a servant or sex slave. It also appears to say she cleans and mops and is good for other things.
