An officer in the U.S. Navy has been extradited from his deployment in Japan to face charges that he sexually abused pre-teen twin boys. Brock Mason of Norman, Oklahoma, was charged at Cleveland County District Court on Tuesday. The 24-year-old is accused of five counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16, one count of lewd or indecent proposal to a child under 16, two counts of forcible sodomy, two counts of soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology and one count of contributing to the delinquency of minors.

A 25-year-old school teacher has fled half-way around the world to Hong Kong after being charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy with autism in Maryland. Yee Tak Sharon Kui of Rockville who taught special needs students at Frost School in Wheaton is suspected of having sex with the boy at his own home while his parents were at church. Kui allegedly exchanged explicit text messages with the minor before driving to his home. During their first encounter, Kui was said to have ‘kissed the victim and fondled his penis’ and allegedly had sex with him during her second visit.

Releasing Shane Partin would be a complete injustice to Cassandra Blondheim and would demean his cruelty to her. In addition, releasing Partin would pose an incredible risk to the young girl or woman who becomes his next obsession. In order to further the interests of justice and protect society, and due to senseless and violent nature of Partin’s crime, we urge the Ohio Parole Board to give Partin the maximum continuance of 10 years before his next parole hearing.

A Google-search of the words child rape tends to throw up links about arrested offenders and specific parts of the world in which child rape is sadly endemic, but relatively little on the subject itself.

FLINT, MI — A female baby was released to a family member by Child Protective Services Wednesday, Nov. 27 after it was taken to a local hospital for a seizure and found to have alcohol in its system. Police said the baby was taken to the emergency room around 7 p.m. Nov. 26 by a 55-year-old babysitter for a seizure. It was discovered during treatment of the baby that she had alcohol in her system, according to a police report.

Two pedophiles who groomed boys as young as 13 online before meeting them and abusing them have been jailed for life. Anthony Marsh, 53, who is HIV-positive, and Lee Davis, 39, were told they were ‘predatory, dangerous pedophiles’ by a judge at Sheffield Crown Court today as he jailed them for what police described as ‘vile, horrendous offences’. The pair, who are both married with children and live near Doncaster, used social networks like Facebook and Bebo as well as specialist gay websites to befriend boys before meeting them and sexually abusing them.

Police officers have been under investigation for rape, theft and possessing indecent images of children, new documents show. The shocking details were released by Nick Alston, Police and Crime Commissioner, yesterday showing 852 complaints were “finalized” byEssex Police between October 1, 2012 and September 30, 2013, with 9.5 per cent being upheld.
