https://aiohealthpro.com/c0bm9ix This video was taken by a 17-year old teen who is legally this little boy’s “uncle.” He took the video knowingly to give to Child Protective Services so they could start an investigation on the abuse he says is continual against his nephew. Shockingly, CPS stated that the incident in this video is NOT child abuse due to the mother not hitting the child with a “closed fist.” The uncle then uploaded the video to YouTube out of desperation to plead to the public for their help.  What do you think? Is this child abuse?
