Charred Remains Positively Identified As Missing Teen, Alicia DeBolt
GREAT BEND, Kan. – Last Saturday, the parents of 14-year-old Alicia DeBolt contacted police when she did not arrive home in time for her midnight curfew. When they had last seen her, she was leaving for a party in the company of a 19-year-old man. On Tuesday, charred remains were found behind some gravel piles at a paving company five miles away from the city.
