Fugitive Added to ICE’s Most Wanted

capture-20150310-221248SAN JOSE, California — A Sunnyvale man who absconded following his indictment on federal child pornography charges is the latest fugitive to be profiled on the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) smartphone app, seeking public tips on at-large and unknown child predator suspects.

Jose Alberto Centurion-Cruz, aka Jose Alberto Cruz, 30, was indicted by a federal grand jury in northern California in January 2013 for possession and distribution of child pornography. When ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents searched Centurion-Cruz’s Sunnyvale residence in connection with the probe, they found more than 100 sexually explicit videos of minors on his laptop computer and other digital media. Centurion-Cruz was scheduled to appear in federal court in San Jose last month, but failed to show up for his hearing. On March 18, a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

Centurion-Cruz is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. Investigators believe Centurion-Cruz, who is a Salvadoran national, may have fled to his native country. READ MORE HERE

Anonymous needs activists to help expose international pedophiles via ‘Operation DeathEaters’

downloadHacktivist group Anonymous, which has made public attacks on extremists, corporations and religious and governmental bodies, is calling for help in its fight against international pedophile networks, or what it calls the “pedosadist industry”.  In a project named Operation DeathEaters, Anonymous says it is is planning on collating evidence against international pedophile rings and their severe abuse of children and find the links between different operations, and to bring them to justice. Anonymous has issued a video instructing activists on how they can aid in the operation, which has appeared at a time of serious allegations of historic child sexual abuse levied against prominent UK figures, including claims that   a VIP Westminster pedophile ring existed in the past.

Child Pornographer Makes 15 Most Wanted List

capture-20150203-224926David Benjamin Creamer — charged with distribution of child pornography, transportation of obscene materials, firearms violations, money laundering and income tax evasion — has been added to the United States Marshals Service “15 Most Wanted” fugitive list. Director John Marshall today announced the addition of Creamer, wanted in the District of Arizona since December 1997 for violating the terms of his pretrial release.

Investigation of Creamer, 53, began in 1993, focusing on the sales and distribution of CD-ROMs containing child pornography, obscenity and bestiality. The president and founder of the distribution company was Creamer. Between 1992 and 1995, he produced more than 100,000 diskettes for worldwide distribution. His company grossed more than $2.3 million in sales from 1994-95.

“Every time he sent out a new disk, those children were being exploited again,” said Supervisory Deputy Marshal Rick Lovelace, District of Arizona (Tucson sub-office). Lovelace leads the investigation to find Creamer.

In September 1995, a search warrant executed by the U.S. Customs Service, Internal Revenue Service and the Tucson (Ariz.) Police Department at an office and two airplane hangars leased by Creamer turned up many valuable items, allegedly purchased with the proceeds of his illegal business dealings. Items seized included 70 firearms, 80,000 rounds of ammunition and $120,000 in U.S. currency. U.S. Customs Service also seized a Cessna aircraft, two automobiles, two trailers, a 19-foot Larson Runabout boat and seven acres of land in Pima County, Ariz.

“He was living in a section of Tucson where people don’t have garages. They have airplane hangars,” said Lovelace.

In June 1997, a federal grand jury in Arizona indicted Creamer on 23 counts of criminal activity. He was arrested, arraigned and released on bond that same month. A trial date was set for March 1998, but he failed to report to Pretrial Services in December 1997. He has been on the lam since then.

“He’ll probably assume a new life, doing what he has done before in another part of the country,” said Lovelace.

More information on Creamer can be found at the Marshals Service website, www.usmarshals.gov, or by calling Deputy Pacheco in Tucson, Arizona at (520) 904-3165.

THE ANGEL GOWN® PROGRAM

NICU Helping Hands’ Angel Gown® Program began in 2013 because we recognized there was an overwhelming need for better support for families who lost a baby. Our Angel Gown® Program provides comfort for bereaved families through the gift of a beautiful custom made gown for final photos and for burial services. We provide support resources and mentoring programs for bereaved families as well. There is no greater gift that can be given to a grieving family than affirming the importance of the life of their child by offering the simple gift of our Angel Gown® and supporting them emotionally and educationally afterwards.

Our program is made possible because of wonderful donors and volunteers who have often experienced the loss of their own children or of another loved one. Brides from around the world donate their precious wedding gowns to NICU Helping Hands. The wedding gowns are then distributed to our team of over 700 seamstresses throughout the United States to convert into perfectly made garments that a family will use to wrap their precious baby in for their final journey. Our garments are a gift of love from both a bride and a seamstress to honor not only a precious baby but their family as well.

It is a privilege for us to provide gowns free of charge to any hospital or family requesting our Angel Gown® garments.

Requests from hospitals that wish to stock our garments should be completed here.

Urgent requests from families should be made by filling out this form.

Please note: Our Angel Gown® Program is a nationally registered and trademarked program and is available across the United States and Canada. We also have a program that operates in Australia.

If you are interested in donating a wedding gown to our program please click here for more information.

We encourage those interested in applying to become a member of our volunteer seamstress team to click here.

How to Surrender an Infant Under Safe Haven Laws

BABY-SAFE-HAVENIn all 50 United States and Puerto Rico, there are safe haven laws designed for a parent to surrender a newborn child to designated ‘safe havens’. Designed to protect infants from neglect or abuse, most states do not ask questions about why you are turning over custody of the child. If you or someone you know is pregnant and do not feel that the child can be raised safely under the care of either parent, the infant can be usually relinquished without risk of prosecution.
