Arzuaga, 20, was charged with rape of a victim under the age of 13, forcible sodomy and abduction for alleged offenses at a home on Airport Avenue, according to police. Tucson, AZ police are winding down their search for a 6-year-old girl who has been missing since Saturday, April 21, 2012. Police Chief Roberto Villasenor said Tuesday that law enforcement expect to wrap up their intensive search for Isabel Mercedes Celis and concentrate on the investigative phase. Villasenor says more than 20 officers will work throughout the night in the neighborhood surrounding the girl’s home. BREAKING NEWS: Suspected Killer Adam Mayes Shot in Head, Missing Tennessee Girls Found Alive
Two Tennessee girls missing since their mother and sister were murdered have been found alive in Mississippi, where their suspected abductor apparently shot himself in the head, law enforcement sources said. Adam Mayes, 35, suspected of killing the mother and sister and abducting Alexandria and Kyliyah Bain, ages 12 and 8, was treated in an ambulance at the scene of his shooting in a wooded area a few miles from his home and taken to a hospital around 7 p.m., officials said. Police in Tennessee have arrested the wife and mother of the man suspected of kidnapping Jo Ann Bain and her three daughters, Hardeman County, Tennessee Deputy Clerk Pat Kirk said Tuesday. The women are accused in connection with the kidnappings, according to Kirk. The FBI said Monday night that the mother and her 14-year-old daughter Adrienne are dead, though the man they believe abducted them – along with two other daughters – remains at large. READ MORE HERE

(Arkansas) Another anonymous donor has come forward and, as a result, Damien Echols’s defense team has doubled the amount of the reward to $200,000 to find the real killers of the three young boys in the West Memphis 3 case. ARIZONA–Tucson police are searching for a little girl who disappeared from an east-side home Saturday morning. Isabel Mercedes Celis disappeared from a home in the 5700 block of East 12th Street, police said. Isabel was last seen Friday night at about 11 p.m. when her parents put her to bed, said Sgt. SUN VALLEY, CA — Police are investigating a third report in recent weeks of a man exposing himself near a school in Sun Valley. The latest incident happened Thursday morning around 7:30 a.m. near Francis Polytechnic High School. A teenage girl was walking to school when she said a man in a red compact car called out to her and exposed himself. AMBER ALERT: MERCER CO. CHILD ABDUCTED, BELIEVED TO BE IN EXTREME DANGER
WEST VIRGINIA–An Amber Alert has been issued for an abducted child out of Mercer County. The West Virginia State Police are looking for 8-year-old Porshia Atwell, a white female, 4 feet 2 inches tall and 75 pounds.
The child was last seen in Camp Creek West Virginia and is believed to be in extreme danger. Authorities are not sure what the child was wearing when she was last seen. Authorities believe the child was abducted by her father, 39-year-old Tracy Lee Atwell. He is described as being 6 feet 2 inches tall and 180 pounds with hazel eyes.
Media outlets report Atwell came into his parent’s Camp Creek home, tied them up, admitted to killing his wife and then took off with his daughter. Police say they have located his wife’s body, though more details aren’t available at this time. Tracy and Porshia Atwell may be traveling in a white Jeep Cherokee Laredo with West Virginia license plate number 6C 3202. Tracy Atwell is considered armed and dangerous.

Washington – The U.S. Marshals Service has announced the addition of Edward Salas to its 15 Most Wanted fugitive list. A convicted child killer, Salas escaped from the Curry County Detention Center in Clovis, New Mexico, on August 28, 2008, and has been on the lam ever since. FONTANA, CA — Police in Fontana are searching for a suspect they say grabbed a woman along a busy street and tried to pull her into his car. The 22-year-old victim was walking south on Sierra Avenue on Wednesday when she realized she was being followed by a man in a blue car. The suspect then pulled in front of her, jumped out of the car, and tried to get a hold of her, according to police. She was able to escape and snap several pictures of her alleged attacker with a cell phone. He is described as Hispanic, between 35 and 40 years old, and about 225 pounds. READ MORE HERE
