CHANDLER, Ariz. – Chandler police detectives arrested a care provider and her boyfriend on child abuse charges after an infant was found with 14 broken bones. Angelica Jimenez, 25, was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on one count of child abuse and hindering prosecution. Steven Saldana, 30, was booked on three counts of child abuse.

ORANGE, CA — A mother accused of tossing her 7-month-old baby from the fourth story of a parking structure is behind bars as the child clings to life. Noe Medina, Jr. was found in extremely critical condition after falling from the fourth floor of the parking structure at Children’s Hospital in Orange around 6:20 p.m. Monday, according to Orange Police.

After serving 17 years behind bars for the brutal murder of three children in eastern Arkansas, Damien Echols, Jessie Misskelley Jr. and Jason Baldwin — dubbed the “West Memphis Three” — have been released from prison. “They are currently being processed out,” prosecuting Attorney Scott Ellington told reporters during a Friday press conference. “They will be free men … on suspended sentence.”

$45,000 reward in case of missing 3-year-old Breeann Rodriguez
DUNKLIN CO, Mo — A neighbor suspected in the murder of 3-year-old Breeann Rodriguez told authorities that “he felt like it took an hour for the girl to die” when he suffocated her with a white trash bag, according to court documents. 43-year-old Shawn Morgan, who lives on the same street as Breeann’s family in Senath, Missouri, allegedly told Agent Tim Trowbridge of the Bootheel Drug Task Force that he found the child standing on the ladder over the pool in his backyard on August 6.

PHOENIX – Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery announced the indictment of four relatives of 10-year-old Ame Deal on Wednesday. Deal died after being locked inside a plastic storage box.
