An Oklahoma couple have been arrested and charged with child neglect after their newborn twin boys landed in the hospital with horrific injuries. According to police in Tulsa, Clorinda ‘Chloe’ Archuleta, 24, waited several days before seeking medical attention for the injured infants, and then she only took one of the boys to the hospital. One of the Steubenville rapists has been released from a juvenile detention center less than a year after his conviction for raping a 16-year-old girl following an alcohol-fueled party. Ma’Lik Richmond, a high school football player who was 16 at the time of the sexual assault, was let out of the Cuyahoga Hills Juvenile Detention Center in Ohio some time around January 1.  His attorney, Walter Madison, says in a statement that the youth is a ‘better, stronger person,’ and requests privacy. PHOENIX – A 51-year-old Phoenix man remains jailed on a first-degree murder charge in the ax killing of his 13-year-old son. Gary Reagan Sherrill is being held in lieu of $1 million bond. That’s a result of his appearance before a judge Wednesday after being arrested on New Year’s Eve. Police discovered the boy dead after going to Sherrill’s home in response to a check-welfare request by Sherrill’s ex-wife, the boy’s mother. ORLANDO, Florida – Florida Governor Rick Scott has signed a death warrant for a man who raped and murdered a Miami-area boy in 1995, in a case that triggered changes in U.S. laws on violent sexual predators. The execution of Juan Carlos Chavez, 46, who admitted to the kidnap, rape and murder of 9-year-old Jimmy Ryce, is scheduled for the evening of February 12, according to the order signed by Scott on Thursday. A father who killed his infant son more than a decade ago was found guilty on Tuesday of also murdering his 2-month-old daughter, whose decomposing remains were found in a trash bag at an Arkansas storage unit. Jason Hann, 38, was convicted of first-degree murder and one count of assault on a child resulting in death, according to the Riverside County district attorney’s office. The Vermont man was living in Desert Hot Springs east of Los Angeles in 2001 when he became angry that his daughter, Montana, was crying.
