One of WA’s most notorious paedophiles was secretly preying on boys at Fairbridge Farm School more than a decade before his first arrest on sexual abuse charges, a victim has revealed. Robert Ernest Excell, who attained notoriety for spending 37 years in WA prisons after a string of sex crimes against children as young as seven, can now be shown to have begun a lifetime of child rape earlier than ever suspected. WELLINGTON: A global network that used social networking sites such as Facebook to distribute child pornography has been smashed after a tip-off from New Zealand authorities, officials said Tuesday. A one-year-old boy who was reported missing in Covington, Kentucky, on Friday was discovered murdered in Cincinnati, and police say they have arrested the victim’s aunt. West Virginia State Police announced on Saturday that they had discovered four bodies in a wooded area believed to be those of a missing man, his girlfriend and his two young children. Police said the bodies were found about a mile from where Steven Hendrix’s missing 2003 Chevy Venture van was discovered on Friday night near Carl, in Nicholas County. Mother Charged in Murder of 18-month-old Twins, Adam and Eve

“I harmed my babies.” That’s what a 41-year-old Tacony mother, bleeding from self-inflicted wounds to her wrists, told police when they arrived at her house on Ditman Street near Levick on Thursday. A 12-year-old girl allegedly lured into a child prostitution ring was scared she’d get into trouble if she didn’t have sex with a 55-year-old client, a court has heard. Elia Toma, 55, appeared in Campbelltown Local Court on Friday charged with multiple child sex and prostitution offenses. LOS ANGELES — Police have arrested a man accused of murdering a woman and her son and leaving their bodies to decompose in an apartment. SEOUL, South Korea — South Korea plans to chemically castrate a sex offender convicted of repeated crimes against children, the country’s first use of the punishment, officials said Thursday. Chris Quirk, 10, an autistic child, came to school with a loose tooth and, instead of putting up with the distraction, the teacher’s aide tried pulling the tooth, but took the wrong one.
