Charged With Using Children To Sell Drugs

Moon TWP, PA – Pamela Smallis, a 49-year-old Pennsylvania woman was jailed Sunday after police allegedly found child pornography on her cell phone. According to Moon Township police, Smallis was initially arrested on drug charges back in April after a lengthy investigation that involved Moon Township police and the state Attorney General’s Office. MODESTO — A registered sex offender who sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl on a transit bus Tuesday morning in Modesto was taken down by four homeless men and held until officers arrived, police said. The suspect had been paroled from prison just the day before. The assault occurred about 7:30 a.m. on a Modesto Area Express bus on Yosemite Boulevard as it was en route to downtown, police said. SIERRA COUNTY—A 15-year veteran of the California Highway Patrol was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of child molestation. Robert Holland, 46, is suspected of “engaging in sexual acts with a minor while off duty,” the CHP says. The CHP says they investigated Holland after the allegations were brought to their attention. LOS ANGELES  — A grieving mother says the body of a teenager found burning on a South L.A. street this week was her daughter. Police and coroner officials are not releasing the girl’s identity. A former USA Swimming coach Rick Curl has been banned for life by the organization for carrying on a sexual relationship with a teenage swimmer in the 1980s. A former student of an elite New York City prep school has revealed decades of sexual abuse at the institution, accusing a string of teachers of vile behaviour while suggesting others covered it up. In New York Times Magazine, Amos Kamil, who graduated from Horace Mann in the Bronx in 1982, gives a harrowing insight into the hellish school years for scores of boys. He details how a music teacher took a student on solo trips to Europe where he repeatedly raped him, and how an art teacher would demand the boys underwent ‘physicals’ in order to assault them. A man, describing himself as a former child prostitute, claimed to have had sex with a football coach who belonged to a pedophile ring which included Jerry Sandusky. Greg Bucceroni, now 48, said he was paid for sex as a teenager by former Brooklyn Poly Prep coach Phil Foglietta in 1979. Foglietta, who is now dead, has been accused of raping and assaulting students at the New York prep school over a 20-year period.  In a letter sent to authorities at Poly Prep this week, Bucceroni said he met Foglietta as a teenager through Second Mile charity in Pennsylvania. A Detroit man was so obsessed over toilet training that he fatally beat his 2-year-old daughter for having an accident, a prosecutor said on Wednesday in an opening statement to jurors at the man’s first-degree murder trial. D’Andre Lane, 32, charged with child abuse in the Dec. 2 disappearance of Bianca Jones, whose body has never been found, has maintained his innocence insisting she was taken during a carjacking. Dunedin, New Zealand – A 32-year-old father from New Zealand and his 18-year-old daughter have been ordered by a judge to end their incestuous relationship after the couple had a child together and insisted they were in love with one another.
