French police are not actively looking for a British teacher who fled across the English Channel with a 15-year-old schoolgirl and will make no attempt to arrest him, it emerged today. The news came along with revelations that it would effectively be illegal for French police to arrest Jeremy Forrest, 30, who fled Eastbourne with Megan Stammers, because he isn’t a criminal suspect. There are growing concerns that French authorities are not doing enough to find the two from Bishop Bell Church of England School, despite photos of Megan being made public across France. WINDSOR, Conn. — A video that a young man from Windsor put on Facebook has landed him in jail, facing felony charges. Sixteen-year-old Malik McKnight went before a judge in Enfield Superior Court to face a list of child porn charges. He’s accused of videotaping a 14-year-old girl having sex with a friend and then posting it to Facebook. The charges range from employing a minor in an obscene performance, possession of child pornography, and risk of injury to a minor. Now, the boy?s mother is looking for answers, while praying for her son to fully recover. A motive was not given in the suicide murder case in Clearwater, Florida where officials found 34-year-old Dawn Brown and her two sons, 9-year-old Zander and 5-year-old Zayden, dead in their home. A mother was left in shock after finding that school officials handcuffed her autistic son after he bit several people on a school bus including an aid, two children, and the bus driver. A Planned Parenthood abortion business in Ohio has been forced to settle a lawsuit from a teenager on whom it did an abortion and failed to report suspected child rape to authorities. The child abuse victim has settled with Planned Parenthood, after a lawsuit included multiple charges such as failure to report incestuous statutory rape and sexual abuse of a minor by her father. The case, Denise Fairbanks v. Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio Region et al., was filed by Denise Fairbanks in the Hamilton County Ohio Court of Common Pleas on May 7, 2007 and it named Planned Parenthood, Southwest Ohio Region, in failing to report the abuse committed by her father.  READ MORE HERE

Moscow : Australia’s Roman Catholic Church has confirmed 620 children have been sexually abused by its priests since the 1930s in the state of Victoria. Campaigners, however, put the figure at 10,000 between 1960s to the 1980s only. The Catholic Church of Victoria’s admission came in a submission to a state parliamentary inquiry into the handling of child abuse cases by religious and other organisations after suicides of dozens of people abused by clergy, ABC reported Sunday. A crack addict mother jailed for violently beating her baby son was battered by fellow prisoners carrying out reprisals against her. Inmates at a women-only jail subjected 29-year-old Claire Biggs to a punishment beating after hurling missiles at her, a court heard. The mother of a 13-year-old girl allegedly raped at a Tulsa mega-church is suing the church for waiting two weeks to report the allegation. The lawsuit – first reported by the Tulsa World – was filed on Friday in Tulsa County District Court and alleges that the young teen was raped in a campus stairwell of the 17,000-member Victory Christian Center by a church worker and claims the church delayed reporting the assault. Rawalpindi, Pakistan – Allah Ditta, a Pakistani man residing in Gorakhpur village was jailed Tuesday after he allegedly tied his daughter to a tree and hacked her to death with an axe because she had decided to accept a job at a beauty parlor.
