A young victim on his death bed finally revealed the identity of an attacker who burned him alive – 13 years later.  Robbie Middleton suffered burns to 99% of his body in a 1998 attack, but only revealed who was responsible shortly before he succumbed to cancer in 2011. Robbie was celebrating his 8th birthday when he was assaulted, tied to a tree and set alight. A Virginia substitute teacher is under investigation after a former student tweeted nude pictures of her and bragged of having sex with her. Anna Michelle Walters, a substitute at Cosby High School in Midlothian, Virginia, is accused of having sex with Justin Foster, 18, a former student at the high school and now a freshman at West Virginia University.  READ MORE HERE

State police say a man is charged with child neglect and the murder of a two-year-old boy. Officers tell 13News that state police have arrested Nicholas Turkale, of Amherstdale, W.Va., in connection with these charges. State police say they responded to a home Tuesday where Turkale said the boy had fallen off the bathroom sink and hit his head. DALLAS, TX  — A mother of five who plead guilty to gluing her toddler’s hands to a wall and beating her into a coma was sentenced to 99 years in prison Friday. Elizabeth Escalona, 23, pleaded guilty in July to injury to a child for brutally beating her 2-year old daughter over a potty training issue. Prosecutors say Escalona glued the little girl’s hands to a wall and then repeatedly kicked the girl in the stomach and hit her with various objects, including a jug of milk, a belt and a shoe, police records show. New Llano, LA – Kendall Remsing, a 35-year-old Louisiana man was jailed Wednesday on incest charges after he was shot in the face by his 15-year-old-step daughter. According to the Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office, an investigation was launched in late May after police received a 911 call stating that a 15-year-old girl had shot her stepfather in the face. Less than a week before a 22-month-old child was found dead in her urine-soaked bed, a Child Protection Services supervisor closed the case – despite it being 11 months since the home had been visited. Tamryn Klapheke suffered from dehydration and malnutrition and weighed only 17.5 pounds when she died. She also had chemical burns on her face and body, indicating she was exposed to human waste for a long period of time. Her mother, Tiffany Nicole Klapheke, 21, was charged with three felony counts of injury to a child in connection with her daughter’s death and the severe neglect of her two other daughters, aged six months and three years. Amanda Todd, 15, was found dead on October 10 after killing herself to escape cyber bullies

Anonymous has named a man it claims posted topless pictures of a 15-year-old girl online and harassed her so relentlessly that she killed herself. Amanda Todd, from Vancouver, Canada, was found hanged in her home on October 10, just weeks after she uploaded a video to YouTube detailing her horrific treatment at the hands of cyber bullies. Now in a vigilante move, Anonymous, the world’s largest hacking group, has named the man allegedly responsible for taking the pictures of Todd and plastering them across Facebook. Jezebel claims that he is a 32-year-old former Facebook employee from British Columbia, but MailOnline has chosen not to identify him for legal reasons. As Todd’s supporters set up Facebook pages warning the man to ‘sleep with one eye open’, the move by Anonymous sparks concerns over its abilities to create a ‘trial by internet’ – bypassing the justice system and casting guilt.  READ MORE HERE

5,200 Names involving the Pentagon Paid for Child Pornography 

This was uncovered earlier last year, but literally almost no other news report came out about it besides this one from Anderson Cooper. I am attempting to bring light back to this scandal. My question is, what is being done about this?

An investigation dating back to 2006 over 6 years ago has failed to prosecute both contractors and military employees of the Pentagon: 264 employees including Secretary of Defense personnel and contractors of the Pentagon are kiddy porn customers. These people are buying kiddy porn, child sex videos, pictures and content related to the sexual exploitation of children.

None of these individuals have been charged, jailed or prosecuted under the law and the Department of Justice is a failure in investigating the US government. Another failure of Eric Holder the Secretary of the Attorney General in his continued quest to go after Wiki-leaks which takes up most of his time. At the very least the FBI, CIA, DOJ have enough staff to police their own people and it is not due to lack of resources or money. This is hard to believe but Watch the video as Anderson Cooper reports posted on YouTube January 6, 2011 a year ago.

Remember, there have been no investigations, no jail time, no one fired.

Jesse Paul Speer allegedly told his Wyoming kidnap victim to put her head down as he drove his SUV through town after stopping a church parking lot in order to tie the 11-year-old Cody resident’s hands. When she attempted to raise her head up, he hit her with the butt of his gun, the Billings Gazette reported. A Detroit father was found guilty Friday of murder and child abuse after prosecutors say he killed his two-year-old daughter and then faked a carjacking to cover up the crime. D’Andre Lane, 32, sat silent as the Wayne County Circuit Court jury foreman read the verdicts on both charges. ‘This has been a very long and very emotional case for everyone involved,’ Judge Vonda Evans told the court. Pennington County authorities arrested a New Underwood High School teacher on rape and sexual-contact charges Thursday evening. Kyle Keegan, 26, was arrested in Rapid City, where he lives, according to a news release from the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office. Keegan made his initial court appearance from Pennington County Jail on Friday morning. He is charged with fourth-degree rape of a victim between the ages of 13 and 15 and sexual contact with a child younger than 16. His bond was set at $50,000.   READ MORE HERE
