The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office responded to a call at the St. Mary’s Hospital emergency room in reference to a five-month-old Lake Worth boy being admitted in critical condition with subdural hematomas (brain bleeding). Medical personnel say that the boy’s parents Yasika and Santos Adames denied any knowledge of what happened to him. The parents claim that the mother, Yasika, watched the child during the day, while the father, Santos, was at work and the father watched the child later that day when the mother was at work. SANTA ANA, CA — A Santa Ana man charged with raping his 11-year-old stepdaughter and impregnating her has been sentenced to 61 years in state prison. Mariano Castro, 58, was found guilty in February of two felony counts of lewd acts on a child, three felony counts of aggravated sexual assault and one felony count of continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14. Chilean police have arrested four alleged cult members who were accused of burning a baby alive in a ritual. According to World News, the 3-day-old baby was taken to a hill in the town of Colliguay near the Chilean port of Valparaiso on Nov. 21 and was thrown into a bonfire. The baby’s mother, 25-year-old Natalia Guerra, had allegedly approved the sacrifice and was among those arrested. A Battle Creek mother didn’t know her daughter was being sexually abused and now hates her boyfriend who is accused of the crime. “I am just taking it one day at a time,” she said this week. “Not only was my daughter abused, but I lost my boyfriend. Wrapped blankets tightly over faces of 7 -11 MO Infants

The abusive swaddling of seven babies, three boys and four girls “7 to 11 months old,” consisted of placing blankets over the babies’ faces and wrapping them so tightly that the babies could barely breathe or move. The abusive swaddling has resulted in the arrest of 35-year-old Nazila Sharaf of Dublin and her 33-year-old sister Lida Sharaf of Mountain House and according to a San Francisco Chronicle report on April 25, 2013, the two sisters are both being charged by Alameda County prosecutors with “three counts of felony child neglect and abuse and four counts of misdemeanor child neglect and abuse.” READ MORE HERE

The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in conjunction with the Nashua Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating fugitive Anthony Hannon, 44, whose last known address was in Nashua.  Hannon is being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant for his alleged involvement in an aggravated felonious sexual assault (rape) of a child, which occurred in Nashua earlier this year. Hannon is known to have family, friends and associates in Nashua as well as the Boston, Mass., metropolitan area; and in Maine.

Hannon is a white male, 5-foot-7 inches tall, 165 pounds, blond hair, blue eyes, and he usually has a moustache.  Hannon has several tattoos, including a woman on his left forearm; a cross with “Mom & Dad” on his right forearm; “Bonds Are Forever” on his right shoulder; and “Memories Last Forever” on his left shoulder and the “Grim Reaper” on his right calf. He should be considered armed and dangerous, U.S. Marshals said.

Bellevue, NE – A Nebraska couple that was jailed in February for repeatedly raping their 5-year-old son, now faces a new charge of child pornography. The couple’s identity was not released to protect the identity of the victim. According to police, an investigation was launched after a 5-year-old boy told his therapist that his parents had sexually assaulted him. A Philadelphia father has been accused of beating his 3-month-old son to death. Samuel Cabrera, 27, was arrested and charged with murder. Cabrera’s neighbor, Rashawn Reddick, didn’t hold back her disgust when she learned of the accusations. “It makes me sick to my stomach,” she said. “A 3-month-old innocent baby. An Arizona mother has been arrested after her baby son was found dead while in her care. Jennifer Respicio, 14, was charged with murder in Del City, Oklahoma, after her 7-month-old son Jaidyn was found unresponsive on Sunday. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead. SANTA ANA, CA — A Santa Ana man is behind bars, after police say he and an accomplice tried to kidnap a 15-year-old girl walking to school. Police are still searching for the alleged accomplice. It happened around 8:25 a.m. Wednesday as the girl was walking in the 1200 block of South Sullivan Street on her way to Valley High School. A family doctor raped a vulnerable schoolgirl from the age of 10 after secretly medicating her with an anti-depressant, a court heard. Dr Stephen Hamilton, 45, from Altrincham, Greater Manchester, is alleged to have given the girl the drug citalopram before subjecting her to degrading sexual abuse. Manchester Crown Court heard how he would put his hands around the girl’s neck as he attacked her and told her ‘you deserve to die’. The historic offences are alleged to have occurred over two-and-a-half years between 2006 to 2009. Police in Plaquemines Parish have arrested a man for allegedly having sex with his teenage daughter. “Sheriff Lonnie Greco announces the arrest of a 37-year-old father for having sexual intercourse with his 16-year-old daughter,” Commander Eric Becnel said in a news release.  “Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Office 1st District Patrol Division responded to an incest complaint in Belle Chasse. Upon arrival, responding deputies learned that a 37-year-old father had been coercing his 16-year-old daughter to have sexual intercourse with him for the past year.” Becnel says that the father got the daughter drunk and had sex with her on multiple occasions.
