Bronx teacher sent 10-year-old rape victim apology note after brutal attack

A twisted Bronx teacher emailed his 10-year-old student victim a sickening apology after raping the helpless fifth-grader in his parked car, prosecutors said. “I was too rough,” read the monstrous mea culpa sent by hulking Anthony Criscuolo, 40, one day after the attack Monday in a parking lot at Public School 195. “Sorry. Father’s grief at ‘suicide’ of 18-year-old son and girlfriend 15, after they were hit by train

The father of a teenage boy who died after stepping in front of a high-speed train with his girlfriend  in an apparent suicide pact has said he cannot stop crying. Mert Karaoglan, 18, and Charleigh Disbrey, 15, were found dead near a busy commuter station in Hertfordshire. The A-level student’s father Sakru, 48, said his son had told him he was ‘going out for one or two hours’ on Monday evening but he never returned. Today the grieving father, supported by relatives, visited the scene in Borehamwood where his son died on Monday evening. Bellefonte man sentenced to 30- 60 years 

BELLEFONTE, CENTRE COUNTY – A Bellefonte man is sentenced to 30-60 years in state prison on over 300 counts of child rape and sexual abuse charges. 42 year-old Jeffrey Storms must register with Megan’s Law for the rest of his life.  After pleading guilty to more than 300 counts of child sexual abuse in his March jury trial, Jeffrey Storms, of Bellefonte, received a 30 to 60 year sentence in a State Correctional Facility, according to a release issued by the Centre County District Attorney’s office. The 42 year-old man’s charges include attempted child rape, attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, dissemination and possession of child pornography and related sexual abuse charges. Storm committed these offenses over the span of 10 years on prepubescent children, “a young relative, friends of his daughters, and two young daughters of a good friend,” according to the release. Other arrests included a student, insurance salesman and law enforcement academy graduate. Charges against the suspects include attempted lewd battery, lewd and lascivious battery, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, seduce/solicit/entice to commit in sexual act, traveling to meet minor, drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, traveling to meet/use computer to solicit guardian, transmission of harmful material to minor, to procuring minor for prostitution, and resisting arrest without violence. A Presho man accused of raping a 9-year-old relative was found guilty by a Brown County jury Wednesday of seven sexual abuse-related charges. Jerry L. Craig Sr., 55, was not sentenced. He faces a maximum of life in prison. After deliberating for nearly four hours, the jury found Craig guilty of three counts of rape of a child younger than 13, three counts of sexual abuse of a child younger than 15 and one count of aggravated incest. NEW YORK — The U.S. Marshals Service has arrested 33-year-old Albert Bowman in York in connection with rape of a child, according to a news release. In September 2012, the York City Police Department investigated an allegation of rape and sexual assault of a minor, according to the news release. Based upon an investigation, an arrest warrant for Bowman was issued on June 14, the news release states. York City Police asked for the assistance of the United States Marshals Service Middle District of Pennsylvania Task Force, according to a news release. OREGON — Gary Lee Rose claimed he was the victim of a 9-year-old girl bent on thwarting his budding romance with her mother. It was the girl who took those sexually explicit photos and a video found on his cell phone, he said. A Clackamas County jury didn’t believe Rose’s story. After deliberating three hours, the 12 jurors unanimously convicted him Friday on multiple counts of unlawful sexual penetration, using a child in a display of sexually explicit conduct and first-degree sexual abuse. ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Missouri – A St. Charles County woman has been charged in connection with the sexual assault and murder of her baby daughter last December. Jessica Lynn Howell, a.k.a. Jessica Lynn Peters, faces counts of 2nd degree murder and child abuse. Her 4-month-old daughter Ashlynn Lilith Peters died on December 3rd after she was allegedly sexually assaulted and strangled to death by the mother’s boyfriend, Jordan Lafayette Prince. WILLMAR — A Cyrus man has been charged with 12 felony counts of criminal sexual conduct for repeatedly having sex with a female relative between 1999 and 2011. Eugene Otto Zumhofe, 62, made his first appearance Tuesday morning in Kandiyohi County District Court. He faces six felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and six felony counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. Judge Kathryn Smith set his bail at $500,000 cash or bond for unconditional release and $100,000 cash or bond for conditional release. He is being held at the Kandiyohi County Jail. His next court date is June 10. Zumhofe is a former professional wrestler who performed as Buck “Rock n’ Roll” Zumhofe in the 1980s and early 1990s. Stuart Hall will serve barely two weeks in prison for each of the young girls he sexually abused. The sentence prompted a wave of outrage and fury last night, with victims saying it made a mockery of their horrific ordeal and politicians and campaigners condemning it as ‘incredibly lenient’. The disgraced It’s A Knockout presenter, 83, was jailed for 15 months yesterday after admitting that he indecently assaulted 13 girls between 1967 and 1986. Google develops tagging system to find and delete vile child abuse images from the web

Web giant Google is to develop a global database of child abuse images to make it easier to delete them from the internet. Experts are developing technology similar to hashtags which digitally mark vile images found online. The firm is also offering more than $1 million to independent software developers to produce tools to combat child porn, after being stung by criticism that it was not doing enough to stem the tide of internet filth. A mother in Orange County, Florida was arrested and charged with aggravated child abuse Thursday, after using a stun gun on her daughter.  34-year-old Melissa Neale had been staying with her two children at a friend’s home in Orlando. Neale and her children had recently relocated from Texas.  It was the female friend she was staying with that reported the crime.  On June 9, Neale brandished a stun gun and used it on her daughter when the girl apparently didn’t make oatmeal to her liking.
