A 30-year-old woman has been arrested after she confessed to police she beat a homeless man to death with a baseball bat.  Forsythia Owen claimed she attacked Denzle Rainey in an alleyway where he had been sleeping rough because he allegedly molested her four-year-old daughter. As she was interviewed by police Owens, of Englewood, Colorado, allegedly swung her arms repeatedly as she demonstrated how she delivered the fatal blows.  Mr Rainey was found in the alley with serious injuries. The community is reacting to a new development in the case of teenage girl who went missing two years ago. Police announced Friday morning that they believe they have found the remains of 14-year-old Chyenne Kircher in the woods behind her home in East Dubuque. She disappeared in October of 2011, but a recent break in the case had agents with the FBI and Illinois State Police digging near the home where she lived with her mother, brother and stepfather. Earlier this week, they charged her stepfather with first degree murder. Terry Abbas is accused of strangling Chyenne, causing her death. A 60-year-old woman is under arrest in Missouri in connection with an alleged child abduction case that took place nearly 13 years ago in Florida, authorities said. Sandy Hatte, who is related to the child’s family, is accused of kidnapping an infant back in 2000, according to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office. “The dad was working, came home from work, and [Hatte] was gone with the baby,” Detective Eric Menconi of the Livingston County Sherriff’s Office told ABC News. “He hasn’t been able to find them since.” READ MORE HERE
