Affidavit: Man fathers baby with ex-girlfriend’s 13-year-old daughter

CHARLESTON, SC – Investigators say a 37-year-old man is behind bars after fathering a baby with his ex-girlfriend’s 13-year-old daughter. The Charleston Police Department charged Anthony Kareem Hicks with second-degree criminal sexual conduct. According to the victim, Hicks is the father of her child who was born on Sunday. The victim said she was 12-years-old when she began a sexual relationship with Hicks from August 2012 to June 2013. LYNNWOOD, WA – A man who admitted to raping a 12-year-old girl used the Whisper app to locate her, according to police investigators. Ron Peterson, 21, was arrested for child rape and released on bail after admitting to taking the girl to a motel where they had sex. Detectives said Peterson, who does not have a history of sex crimes, used the app to chat with the girl and convinced her to send sexy photos of herself. A crack-addicted childminder has been jailed for 13 years for killing a child she meant to be taking care of and hiding his body in a freezer. Carolyn Renee Miller, 42, who was paid in drugs to look after seven-month-old Ja’veon Mitchell in 2011, may have been high on crack when he died, a court heard. Miller pleaded no contest to aggravated manslaughter of a child and improper disposal of a human body, during a hearing in August. JOHNSON CITY, TN – An East Tennessee couple is facing a list of charges, accused of selling their children to take part in sex films. Connie Sue McCall, 40, and her husband, Ronnie Lee McCall, 61, of Johnson City have been charged by a federal grand jury. Paperwork shows the couple was selling their four daughters. Prosecutors say the four girls were between the ages of 5 and 16 when this happened. A Ghanaian pop star who was extradited back to the UK to face child sex offences has been jailed for 12 years after he admitted two counts of raping a seven-year-old girl. Deeba Akyampong, aged 35, was returned to the UK in July to face allegations that he raped a child under the age of 13 between December 2004 and September 2008 when he was in the UK. Akyampong used to live in Northampton, before he returned to Ghana. A mother has been jailed for up to 30 years after burning her 19-year-old son’s PENIS and nipples with a lighter. Christine Gelineau from Massachusetts pleaded guilty to first-degree assault and witness tampering, after she also coerced her son to lie about the abuse. At a hearing in New Hampshire the youngster described in detail the brutal abuse she subjected him to. “Dear ex-Mother,” he began as he read from a prepared statement. “What you did to me is unforgivable. “You beat me, starved me, almost chopped my penis off, threw my clothes away, wouldn’t let me bathe. “You almost killed me by having me take three (antidepressants) and two muscle-relaxers. A Walmart employee has been arrested after allegedly luring a young boy into a store bathroom while his mother shopped before launching a sexual assault. Matthew Bulmer, 22, from Long Island, New York, was detained at the shop in Islandia and charged with first-degree sex abuse and acting in a manner to injure a child. Police say Bulmer attacked five-year-old child on Saturday night at about 8.45pm. DETROIT, MI – Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged the boyfriend of 5-year-old Mariah Smith with the 2011 murder of the young child. Smith was reported missing on July 24, 2011. DNA was later used to identify her body after it was found burned in an abandoned home in the 2900 block of Waverly in Detroit. The scene is about a mile from the Burlingame home where Mariah was last seen. Greece Trying to Identify Girl Found in Roma Gypsy Camp

Greek authorities launched an international appeal on Friday to help identify a 4-year-old blonde girl allegedly snatched from her parents by a couple with whom she was found living in a Gypsy settlement. Police are trying to establish why the girl was living with the couple, who are also accused of falsifying identity and family certificates — with the mother claiming to have given birth to six children within a total of less than 10 months. The child was found Wednesday near Farsala in central Greece during a nationwide crackdown on illegal activities by Roma, also known as Gypsies. WASHINGTON –  D.C. police have charged a 26-year-old woman studying to becoming a Catholic nun in the death of her newborn son. Police say Sosefina Amoa gave birth to the boy Oct. 10 in her room at the Little Sisters of the Poor elderly care facility. Afraid the nuns would hear the newborn’s cries and discover she lied about sexual activity, police say Amoa told investigators she smothered him. Discovery Found After Teen Was Apprehended for Shoplifting

A security guard at the Victoria’s Secret in New York City’s Herald Square uncovered a dead fetus in the bag of a teenage customer Thursday afternoon, authorities said. According to the Daily News, security personnel stopped two teenage girls at the midtown store to question them about shoplifting when the deceased baby was found. “It was discovered that one of the females had what we believe to be a fetus [in her bag],” Sgt. Lee Jones of the New York Police Department told Business Insider.

COLVILLE, WA — An 11-year-old boy was convicted Friday of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder in a fifth-grade plot that targeted a female classmate. Stevens County Superior Court Judge Allen Nielsen said Friday that “simple anger” fueled the plot the boy hatched earlier this year with a 10-year-old classmate at Fort Colville Elementary school in northeast Washington. School staff seized a handgun and knife the boys brought to school Feb. 7. The investigation started five years ago but until they arrested all 184 men the court documents were sealed, until Friday.  “He’s a man I knew!
