Canadian Government Encourages Child-abuse Investigation Team

The Canadian Government has encouraged the effort to develop a special child-abuse investigation team in the capital. An amount worth $5 million has been promised by Justice Minister Rob Nicholson to be applied over five years to make expansion and development of child advocacy centres across the nation. The share of money could also be applied for by Organized Response to Child Abuse centre of Greater Victoria.
