CA Man Testifies He Was Molested By Napa State Hospital Director
- Claude Foulk, the former executive director of Napa State Hospital in Northern California, is accused of 35 felony counts of child molestation.
- LONG BEACH, CA—A foster son of a former state mental hospital director has testified that his foster father sexually abused him for years after befriending him at a children’s hospital.
The witness was the second person to testify against Claude Foulk during his preliminary hearing Tuesday in Long Beach Superior Court.
