Billboard Leads to Child Rape Arrest

A Tampa man accused of raping an underage relative was arrested in Lakeland early Monday after authorities received an anonymous tip from a citizen who saw the suspect’s photo on a billboard. Christopher Jones, 37, a registered violent sexual predator, had been eluding arrest since the sexual assault, police said.
