Man accused of beating 2-year-old Damian Sutton facing first degree felony murder charges
MACOMB COUNTY, Michigan – Macomb County Prosecutor and Sheriff Anthony Wickersham move to increase charges against Ronald Dimambro, the man accused of beating two-year-old Damian Sutton. Macomb County Medical Examiner Dr. Daniel Spitz has completed the of the little boy. Dr. Spitz has determined that the cause of death is blunt force trauma and the manner of death is homicide. As a result of these findings, Macomb County Prosecutor Eric Smith says he is increasing the charges against Ronald Dimambro to First Degree Felony Murder. READ MORE HERE
