UPDATE: 12:15 p.m. Andrea Walker, mother of a baby girl who has been missing since January 9, was arrested Monday morning. A motorcyclist found a baby’s body just after noon Sunday on Singleton Parkway, just south of I-269 in Millington. “I would say that it seems like the body has been there for some time,” said Millington Police Chief Rita Stanback. “It’s less than a year old, wearing a onesie.” Millington investigators contacted Memphis Police Department crime scene investigators knowing they had been working a missing baby case since early January.
