A teenage father has been charged with child abuse after his seven-week-old daughter was treated in hospital for a fractured skull and broken ribs. Jordan Alan Minteer, 19, of Lincolnton, North Carolina, was arrested on Sunday after his daughter Emma Grace was admitted to intensive care. It is not sure if she will survive.
