Autopsy Confirms 4-YO Child Died From Strangulation
The mother of a deceased 4-year-old child will remain behind bars after final autopsy reports confirmed Tuesday that the child died from restraint-related asphyxia on Oct. 20, 2011. According to Montgomery Police Department spokesman Ron Cook, 23-year-old Brittany Ellis of 3020 Kelly Circle was arrested and incarcerated in October for child abuse charges for allegedly killing her son Keante Taunton, who was pronounced dead at Baptist Hospital South on Oct. 20.
