JUNEAU, Alaska — A judge has dismissed child sex abuse charges against a Juneau man, ruling that a grand jury considered inadmissible evidence when it handed down a 100-count indictment. But Juneau Superior Court Judge Philip Pallenberg indivates there may still be enough admissible evidence to support an indictment of 37-year-old David Burger if the document is restructured.
