Accused child murderer has history of violence
PANAMA CITY — The suspect in the murder of his 20-month-old son previously served time in the Washington County Jail on battery charges.
Thomas Everitt Brown, 23, has spent time in the Washington County Jail on misdemeanor battery charges according to Washington County Circuit Court records. Records show that Brown was arrested originally on charges of aggravated battery/domestic violence in on Feb. 10, 2008, and was facing action on those charges when he was arrested in March 2009 on battery charges.
