Melissa Owens speaks to the Florence Rotary Club on Monday at the Marriott Shoals Conference Center in Florence. Owens discussed her troubled upbringing as a victim of abuse and her conviction to serve as an advocate for survivors. She details her story in her book, “Redemption: Missy’s Story.”
