Man Charged With Child Abuse Resulting In Death
SHENANDOAH JUNCTION — A local man was arraigned Thursday for charges of child abuse and neglect resulting in death. Patrick William Yeager, 30, of an unfixed address, was arraigned in Jefferson County Magistrate Court for felony charges of child neglect resulting in death and child abuse resulting in injury. According to a criminal complaint, police were dispatched to a home in Shenandoah Junction in June 2016 for an unresponsive infant. The father — Yeager — told police he was holding his child in a rocking chair. Yeager said he allegedly blacked out and when he woke up, the chair and toys were upside down. READ MORE HERE
