A Fayetteville couple was charged Friday with felony child abuse of a 2-year-old girl, with one of the accused charged with the 1998 death and sexual assault of another child almost the exact same age as this victim. https://www.plantillaslago.com/072930jim23 Jimmy Tyron Baldwin, 48, was with the victim on June 11 before returning her to her biological mother, authorities said.
