Woman, Husband, Ex-Husband Charged With Child Abuse
ELKTON — Detectives arrested a woman, her husband and her ex-husband on Friday after an investigation revealed they beat their children inside their Elkton residence with their fists, shoes, ladles and other objects, or played supporting roles in those attacks, police reported. Officer Sean Murphy of the Elkton Police Department started his investigation on Monday. Agents from Child Protective Services had contacted his agency and alleged that physical child abuse had been occurring inside a residence in the 100 block of Huntsman Drive, according to police.
