GLENARDEN, Maryland — Deonte Carraway, 22, was a volunteer at Judge Sylvian Woods Elementary school in Glenarden, where police said he admitted to making child pornography with 10 students during the school day. “Man…What a scumbag!” said one father who declined to be identified.
