MACON, Georgia – Bibb sheriff’s deputies are searching for an accused child molester and rapist. According to the sheriff’s office, investigators have arrest warrants out for 24-year-old Arthur Martrell McDowell. He’s wanted for aggravated child molestation and statutory rape involving a 14-year-old girl.
