Child abuse charges re-filed after disturbing photos go viral on Facebook

However, the charges were dropped earlier this week because witnesses did not show up in court. On Wednesday afternoon, Craig Hollars posted photos showing the alleged abuse on Facebook. His post has been shared over 60,000 times in 24 hours. In the post, Hollars explains he and his wife were devastated when charges were dropped earlier this week. READ MORE HERE
