Toddler Raped, Beaten, Killed

When paramedics found 3-year-old Charlie Brame at her Orlando home Sunday, she had bruises on her back and head, signs of sexual abuse and she could barely breathe. Doctors later found swelling on her scalp and blood pooling in her skull, an Orlando Police Department report said. Police say the girl was brutally raped and beaten before she was transported to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children where she died Monday.
