Mother Forced Children To Drink Toilet Cleaner

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Florida – A florida mom is behind bars after police say she tried to kill her two young children and herself with toilet cleaner. A Christmas wreath hangs outside the front door where inside, Port Orange Police say 29-year-old Amelia West tried to kill herself and her two young children by forcing them to drink toilet bowl cleaner. Neighbor Catherine Gardner is stunned. “I have children I have grandchildren I would say she was out of her mind.
