Foster Parents Face Child Abuse Charges

Police say couple was in the process of trying to adopt the child
A Pueblo man and woman who were in the process of trying to adopt a child are now facing criminal charges in connection with that child’s abuse. Police were called to the hospital Thursday afternoon after a child was brought in with injuries after reportedly falling down the stairs. The child was unresponsive. An emergency room doctor told officers the 2-year-old girl was suffering from a brain bleed and had injuries to her face and eyes. She also had bruises on her buttocks. READ MORE HERE
