Johnathan Ramsey, 10, dropped from 90 to 60 pounds before he died trying to survive on a restricted diet of bread and water. The diet was enforced by the boy’s father Aaron Ramsey and stepmother Elizabeth Ramsey, who kept him locked in a bedroom in their Dallas, Texas home.
