A Georgia father is charged with murder in the death of his 22-month-old son after he allegedly left the child in a hot car for almost eight hours. Justin Ross Harris, 33, of Marietta, was arrested and charged Wednesday with felony murder and cruelty to a child. Cobb County police say 22-month-old Cooper Harris was pronounced dead at the scene.
