Man Who Claimed His 3-YO Daughter Initiated Sex Gets 12- Years
APPLETON, WI – An Appleton man who claimed his 3-year-old daughter initiated sexual contact will likely spend the next 12 years behind bars. Outagamie County prosecutors recommended a stronger sentence of 25 years in prison for the 39-year-old man.
