NC man sentenced to 60 months in prison on child pornography charges
PHILADELPHIA — A North Carolina man was sentenced Thursday to 60 months in federal prison for distribution, receipt and possession of child pornography. The sentence resulted from an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Elijah Fogle, 22, of Charlotte, N.C., was also ordered to serve 10 years of supervised release. READ MORE HERE
