A Texas couple have been charged with child neglect for allegedly allowing their severely disabled 11-year-old son to nearly starve to death. The alleged abuse happened in May 2012 when Elijah and Susan Johnson’s son, Nathaniel, was discovered in their home weighing only 30lbs.
