Church custodian claims he molested girl because she tempted him with ‘short shorts’
A former West Virginia church custodian will serve 15 to 35 years in prison for molesting a 7-year-old relative who he claims had tempted him by ‘prancing around in short shorts.’ Charles Brainard Hogan, 58, of Cross Lanes, said Wednesday he was ashamed of what he did.
