School Refused To Call Ambulance for Daughter’s Broken Arm

Fourth-grader Ally Deon, from Saugus, Massachusetts fell and broke her arm in the Veteran’s Elementary School playground, but the school nurse didn’t think her condition was serious enough to call an ambulance.
