Officer Charged with Child Abuse

MOULTON, AL – A Moulton police officer is suspended with pay pending the outcome of a child abuse investigation. Mitchell Breland is charged with two felony counts of torture and willful abuse of a child under 18. Moulton police Chief Lyndon McWhorter said Breland turned himself in to Alabama Bureau of Investigation authorities this morning. READ MORE HERE
