Father Shot, Killed His Family After Finding Out They Were Leaving Him
Katherina Allen, 42, and her two daughters, Kerri and Kayla were celebrating Kerri’s 10th birthday at a crowded Cracker Barrel restaurant in Ohio Thursday night when her estranged husband shot her and the birthday girl dead while leaving Kayla in critical condition before being fatally shot by police. According to the Washington Post, Katherina left her husband just two days earlier and fled with her daughters after an incident on Easter that made her too scared to go home for her belongings.
