SHEBOYGAN, WI – A little Sheboygan boy has died as a result of a child abuse incident which occurred last weekend. And, 28 year old Joshua Keenan of Sheboygan, the boy’s mother’s boyfriend, is facing up to 25 years in prison on 2
nd degree reckless homicide charges.
