Prosecutor Seeks Death Penalty for Accused Child Killer

PHOENIX — Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery says his office will seek the death penalty against a man charged in the death of a 4-year-old girl beaten in the bathroom of her home. Jose Luis Gonzalez-Dominguez, 21, is charged with first-degree murder and five counts of felony child abuse in the death of Anays “Annie” Carimbocas. His trial date has not been set.
