Virginia Beach police said Vincent Michael Barrett, 27, of the 3000 block of Birch Bark Drive, entered a home Thursday through an unlocked door in the Red Mill South section of the city. Police said he then entered the bedroom of a girl younger than 13 and sexually assaulted her.
