BROWNSVILLE, N.Y.—Police are searching for the gunman who fatally shot a teenager inside a Brooklyn apartment building Sunday. Authorities released video of the shocking murder which happened in a fourth-floor hallway of an apartment on Lott Avenue in Brownsville, police said.
