Guangdong Province, China — Doctors in China are worried about the health of a 3-year-old boy who tips the scales at a whopping 132 pounds — four or five times what most kids his age weigh. Lu Hao was actually born underweight, but has been steadily gaining weight ever since, the Sun reports.
