Couple Arrested For Child Abuse, Animal Cruelty

ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. – A Rowan County couple has been arrested on charges of animal cruelty and child abuse. Thirty-five year old Angela Lore and 37-year-old David Lore Jr. have both been charged with three counts of animal cruelty, four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and four counts of child abuse.
